We've got a fabulous cocktail for Tuesday: 'So Tokyo'

A gin based long drink with lashings of white peach puree, lychee liqueur, citrus juices and organic ginger with a Thai basil garnish. Its fresh & tangy and exclusively served with Ruby-love for the SOSO suspects.

"You'll love it as much as we do, I know it." Rasmus-Owner, who will be in on Tuesday and have a few himself and looks forward to seeing you all.


There's nothing like the first time... we loved RUBY and RUBY loved us! So back to RUBY we go.

What a great way to celebrate the original SOSO members and venue that helped make So Sophisticated so successful in the first place.
